Refund policy

PL — Polityka zwrotów

1. Konsument ma prawo zwrócić zakupiony towar w terminie 14 dni od dnia otrzymania przesyłki, bez podania przyczyny.
2. Aby dokonać zwrotu, należy poinformować Sprzedawcę o decyzji o odstąpieniu od umowy poprzez wiadomość e-mail na adres piotrlask@wp.pl, podając numer zamówienia.
3. Towar należy odesłać na adres: APIL Sp. z o.o., ul. Kilińskiego 19/18, 19-300 Ełk, w terminie 14 dni od dnia złożenia oświadczenia o odstąpieniu od umowy.
4. Koszt odesłania towaru ponosi Klient.
5. Zwracany towar powinien być w stanie nienaruszonym, nienoszącym śladów użytkowania, w oryginalnym opakowaniu (o ile to możliwe).
6. Sprzedawca dokonuje zwrotu płatności przy użyciu takiego samego sposobu płatności, jakiego użył Konsument, w terminie 14 dni od dnia otrzymania oświadczenia o odstąpieniu od umowy. Sprzedawca może wstrzymać się ze zwrotem płatności do czasu otrzymania towaru z powrotem.
7. Prawo odstąpienia od umowy nie przysługuje w odniesieniu do towarów kosmetycznych, których opakowanie ochronne zostało otwarte po dostarczeniu, ze względu na ochronę zdrowia i higienę.

EN — Return Policy

1. The Consumer has the right to return purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the parcel, without giving any reason.
2. To make a return, please inform the Seller by e-mail at piotrlask@wp.pl, including your order number.
3. Goods should be returned to: APIL Sp. z o.o., ul. Kilińskiego 19/18, 19-300 Ełk, Poland, within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal statement.
4. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.
5. Returned goods should be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging where possible.
6. The Seller will refund the payment using the same payment method used, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement.
7. The right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products whose protective packaging has been opened after delivery.

ES — Política de devoluciones

1. El Consumidor tiene derecho a devolver el producto adquirido en un plazo de 14 días desde la recepción del paquete, sin necesidad de indicar el motivo.
2. Para realizar una devolución, informe al Vendedor por correo electrónico a piotrlask@wp.pl, indicando el número de pedido.
3. El producto debe devolverse a: APIL Sp. z o.o., ul. Kilińskiego 19/18, 19-300 Ełk, Polonia, en un plazo de 14 días.
4. El coste de la devolución corre a cargo del Cliente.
5. El producto devuelto debe estar sin usar y, si es posible, en su embalaje original.
6. El Vendedor reembolsará el pago utilizando el mismo método empleado, en un plazo de 14 días.
7. El derecho de desistimiento no se aplica a productos cosméticos cuyo envase de protección haya sido abierto tras la entrega.

DE — Rückgaberichtlinie

1. Der Verbraucher hat das Recht, die Ware innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt ohne Angabe von Gründen zurückzugeben.
2. Für eine Rückgabe informieren Sie den Verkäufer per E-Mail an piotrlask@wp.pl unter Angabe der Bestellnummer.
3. Die Ware ist an folgende Adresse zurückzusenden: APIL Sp. z o.o., ul. Kilińskiego 19/18, 19-300 Ełk, Polen, innerhalb von 14 Tagen.
4. Die Kosten der Rücksendung trägt der Kunde.
5. Die Ware sollte unbenutzt und, falls möglich, in der Originalverpackung sein.
6. Der Verkäufer erstattet die Zahlung mit demselben Zahlungsmittel innerhalb von 14 Tagen.
7. Das Widerrufsrecht besteht nicht für kosmetische Produkte, deren Schutzverpackung geöffnet wurde.
